Cartoentje.org, is a Website jointly controlled by MCO Webtechnologies, and Developerslab.org, Incorporated (”DEV.LAB”), these corporations are owned by M. Vermeulen Windsant, the creator of “CARTOENTJE.” MCO Webtechnologies, and its partners and affiliates, provide users of Cartoentje.org with a broad array of Web-enabled information and resources, including personalized services, varied communication tools and branded programming (hereinafter the “Service”). Any and all features, content or programming that augments, changes or enhances the Service, shall be subject to the Terms.
